We use EMS for Free Worldwide shipping on clothing.
It takes about 7-10 days for your order to be delivered.
Jewellery and organizers are shipped seperately by airmail and take normally 15-20 business days to arrive. Some countries may take up to 30 business days to arrive. A tracking number is not provided for these.These items do not qualify for DHL shipping upgrade.
For just $10 per order you can upgrade to DHL shipping on clothing.
DHL take about 3-5 days to deliver.
If you need an item for a specific date we suggest to choose DHL shipping.
Sometimes orders may be shipped in different packages. In this case more than one tracking number will be provided.
Some countries such as South America may take a bit longer for your order to arrive.
- We ship to and from all parts of the world.
- Items are shipped mainly from China/Hong Kong between 24-48 hours excluding weekends from receipt of payment.
- Kindly provide a contact telephone number for shipping to ensure a smooth delivery.
- We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to at the assigned address to accept and sign for your delivery. If there is nobody in to sign for the delivery, a notice is usually left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.
- We suggest to keep an eye on tracking information of your order especially to see when the delivery courier will come with the delivery.
- We recommend either to use your work address, or an address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery of your order.
- Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.
- Tracking number will be added to your order once available.EMS packages are traceable on www.ems.com.cn. DHL packages are traceable on www.dhl.com. I may take a day or two for tracking info to start showing online.
- Although we do mark packages with a low value, some countries may charge customs tax. However this instance is quite rare. We are not responsible for any import customs,duties and taxes charged in your country.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt. We will issue a refund (Delivery Excluded avg $30-$40) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
- First login to your account and after clicking ‘Completed Orders’ you should see a button ‘Return Item’. Please submit the ‘Return Request’.
- Please return item via Priority Mail and email us a tracking number on firstname.lastname@example.org. Packages that do not arrive back to us will not be processed for refunds/exchanges etc.
- Please return within 14 days of receipt in unworn condition and including any tags the product had.
- Items that are returned soiled with make up,sweat/deodrant stains etc. will incur a damaged item fee.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order please email us at email@example.com
- The parcel can take up to 10 days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
- We will process your return within 48hrs of receiving your parcel.
- Please allow 14 working days for refund to show on your bank statement. Paypal refunds will process faster
Before you send back your return please ensure the following:
- Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items will not be refunded unless they have remained in their original wrapping items must not be soiled damaged.
- In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
- Please ensure you include order form in package so we can trace your order.
Faulty Item / I received the wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or wrong, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
