How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
Free exchange is only valid if the item is defective. However items are always checked for quality before shipping. Please make sure you ask for the right size by checking our size chart as exchange of size or style is not accepted. Please inform us before returning the item within 1 day of receipt, email photos and deliver within 24 hours at your own expenses. Item should be received by us within 7 days of your receipt of them. Items must be unworn and unused. Any tags must still be attached. Once received by us will send your replacement to you free of delivery charge.
If you do not want to exchange your item for another, we will provide a refund. Please inform us before returning the item within 1 day of receipt and deliver within 24 hours at your own expenses. Item should be received by us within 7 days of your receipt of them. Items must be unworn and unused. Any tags must still be attached. Once received and checked we will process your refund. Please note that we will charge 10% of final price as restocking fee PLUS $30,the original delivery cost for shipping
